Renovations can often seem like a significant challenge. You may be dealing with a limited budget or feeling uncertain about how much you should allocate for a satisfactory job. To guide you, we have our standard pricing listed on our website here - Prices.

At Blue Collar Homes, we take the complexity out of renovations by ensuring open communication, keeping you updated every step of the way, and minimizing any possible inconveniences.​

Step 1 – Contact- Get an Estimate

Every project starts with a free budget consultation. Tell us your vision—whether it’s a gourmet kitchen, spa-style bathroom, a paint job, flooring or complete home overhaul—and we’ll provide an initial cost range via email or SMS. 

Step 2 – Detailed Quotation

If our estimate fits your budget, we’ll schedule an on-site visit. We’ll measure, photograph, and discuss finishes, then send you a comprehensive quote outlining scope, materials, and timelines. 

Step 3 – Planning 

Upon quote approval, we will share the work schedule and expected progress day by day and also the payment structure and schedule. 

Step 4 – Renovation Phase

We protect your home with floor coverings, dust barriers, and HEPA vacuums. Our in-house craftsmen execute demolition, carpentry, painting, flooring, and millwork over 1–6 weeks, depending on project size.

Step 5 – Completion

Once the work is done, you’ll receive a final walkthrough.  This is the part where you get to enjoy a job well done!
